Late start after a dental appointment.
It was over 70 degrees when I finished running from the Grey Pine Trailhead, out North Slope, Keyhole, and Crowley to the half-loop cutoff, then back on Ridge and North Slope to home.
This might be close to my trail pace if I attempt a 10-miler, adjusted for temperature and course conditions. It's going to be hot in the Sacramento Delta this weekend.
