It was raining in Town. But after yesterday's debacle, it was time to man up. I put on my rain gear and headed out. But the gear was not needed; the sun was shining by the time I met up with Skip's trail group at the Lake.
I was motivated by the crowd to get some added mileage. And ran well over a wet course. Skip generously provided refreshments and had Jeromy & Son cook breakfast tacos for the finishers.
I felt no soreness until getting out of the car at home. Doubtful I'll race on New Year's Day.
