I took another three days off, but my Achilles tendonitis was sore by the end of only the second mile. So I stopped.
Ken, Diane, and I are traveling to Ferndale next Sunday for the Foggy Bottom Milk Run. I might have to walk instead of race in my current condition or search my medicine cabinet for some help.
