After arriving at the No Name Trailhead, I waited more than an hour for the steady rain to abate. My left hip was quite painful for a short while after exiting the car. And my right hip nagged occasionally during the run.
It's an exaggeration to call this a run, although I shuffled along and raised my knees slightly in some flatter sections. I felt better at the finish than yesterday, though today was a shorter distance and less time spent.
