GREY PINE out-and-back on North Slope, Keyhole, and Crowley to the half-loop cutoff. My easiest four-mile route at the Lake.
Good start up the hill but I flattened out the rest of the way. Perhaps a little DOMS was lurking after a good recovery run yesterday.
