I started from below zero at the end of september, 2009.
my MAF is 180-27 = 153.
MHR: 208,
RHR: 58-60
AT/LT: around 195. (higher if racing, haha!)
my current 5K PR: 23:29 (I think slightly outdated now), 10K PR: 47:57, HM PR: 1:47:27, not quite all-out either :) |
