I need to do more 5k's, they're fun! They hurt! Bested my time for this race by almost four minutes. Mostly trail, a lot of roots and rocks, with stretches of pavement and gravel road, and a nice stream crossing. This is one of my favorite training runs so it was fun to see how fast I could do a loop. Sunny, 38.
