I warmed up with Craig, and he did a 3 x mile workout while I did my workout. I did:
4 x 400 - shooting for 75 seconds, with 400 rest
2 x 200 - shooting for 35 seconds, with 200 rest
I just wanted a short workout to get my legs back into some speed. I was a little sore from running too hard yesterday, but overall I felt pretty good. It was nice being back on the track.
