Spencer and I ran the first 11.2 miles together. We did cemetery (started by going down to Pleasant to Mill). I dropped him off at the track and did the longer version of Honey Farms loop to add about 3.3 miles on. We ran right around 7:30 pace for the 11.2 miles, and then I picked it up once I left Spencer.
