COMMENTS: unfortunately had to cut this run short today due to lots and lots of rehearsal after school. felt a bit sore from the fartlek and the stairs yesterday... the reason i don't like running inside. got a nosebleed during this race. ran with chris who also had to go to jazz. tomorrow tempo, then an easy day, then the tryouts on friday... i just hope i don't get cut.
