COMMENTS: very muddy in KK. ran with dad for a bit. david comes home next week and should be able to run with him for a bit.
was thinking about doing a bit more, since i felt okay, but i messed up my breathing a lot having a bug fly into my mouth, and nearly vomiting from the cough reflex. also, this is my first time running both days on the weekend in a little while, so i thought i'd just get a couple of runs in, nothing more.
