Some barefoot running after the main run. My legs felt great doing this portion. Any tiredness in the knees disappeared immediately. I talked to Pat about wearing flats for training, and discussed the idea of needing to accommodate form changes as I gradually increased the portion of my running that is barefoot. I think the next couple days I'll wear my flats and see how my legs and my form feel.
