COMMENTS: actually was at 6:20 pace as an average, but the track was covered in snow and it was very difficult... mildly adjusted for that. did not feel very good the first 3 laps, then my stride lengthened out and I moved away from lucas and chris and caught up a bit on bryan, brian, luke, and james. got up past james by the end, when I felt like I was going a 540 pace equivalent without too much effort. I can't wait until the track is clear to find out how fast I'm actually going...
Another solid workout... I like these tempos.
