COMMENTS: post-spring break quarter workout. ran them with an average of 82. went something like this... 80 82 81 83 84 82 82 82 82 82 82 82 83 82 83 82 79... felt good. amazed that i was able to run 82's the whole time. just shows that i should be able to break 530 in a week.....
