Notes
COMMENTS: first run in 2 weeks and 5 days. Started off with an insta-cramp, followed shortly by a grand total of 3 very bad cramps. Stopped after 2 miles to take a bit of a breather and allow my stomach muscles to move again, then shuffled off for another mile. Didn't know what pace I was going exactly, but I'm quite happy it wasn't slow.
Hopefully, I can actually run 1000 miles this summer starting so late.
