COMMENTS: a great workout. 100m stride, 100m recovery, 100m sprint, 100m recovery, x 16. Ran with Pat, Chris, James, Aaron. Felt really good at points. Got the group to do a nice slow recovery jog like we should. Ran the sprints really fast, actually pulling away from the others in the group on the sprints. When i was with the wind, i was clocking 15.8 or so on the 100m sprints. My speed has returned nicely, but I wasn't completely up on my toes like i should be. I've never been able to go that quickly, so i'm happy about that. Did the strides in 18-21 most of the time, more like 21 towards the end. If I can transfer this speed over with workouts like this to the mile or even 2 miles, i could run much faster. Just gotta make sure my speed doesn't drop off as the season goes on like its done in the past.
