8 x 100m strides. Did these barefoot. The first couple felt a little heavy, but then I really felt great. I slowed them down just a hair and focused on light, quick foot touches. The rest of the strides felt great, and despite all my caution about introducing barefoot running as a primary into my training plan, I was reminded of the fact that I need to allow positive form changes room to develop. On these strides, I felt those positive form changes. My posture was more upright, my upper body more still, and my balance better. On top of that, all the stiffness I'd felt from the run to KK was gone.

Did sets of 10 pushups after #3-7 strides for a total of 50. The last few were tough.
