Running by myself for the first time in a couple weeks. As a result, I ran a bit more of a consistently quicker pace. Started out fairly easy and, after the first mile or so, cruised 6:30 for the rest of the time. Ran the 411, 911, finished the wood loop, then did the 1200 loop out to the two pines, then cut through the frolf bit to finish up along the back of the grassland. Felt pretty good the whole time, and the quicker pace almost made the very muddy trails easier, because I didn't get bogged down. Finished feeling very comfortable. Shins hurt a bit at the beginning and during, with the pain localized in some new-ish areas. Going to continue researching into PTs in Rochester.
