COMMENTS: last run with david for a while... he leaves tomorrow, which is also my birthday.
ran with david for the first 37 minutes or so, then did another 3 miles on my own. felt fine, but a little leg tired. probably from not getting nearly enough sleep this week...
try to go long and easy tomorrow.
