COMMENTS: first hill workout at oakhurst. did something like 13 or 14 hills with two loops around the lake mixed in. ran fairly hard up the hill, but i'm awful at them. ran with the front group, but would always fall off at the hill. luckily... the track is not hilly.

my knees hurt a bit on the hill but not so much afterwards.
