COMMENTS: 11 x 400. not happy with this workout. was supposed to be 12, but i sat out the 10th one due to a big problem: i wasn't getting enough oxygen in my system. i developed a headache by the end of the workout from it, and at the START of the 2nd one (after a break) I was still breathing hard. don't know whats wrong, but it was just plain annoying and i felt incredibly slow. seemed like a lot of people were having a few problems, but normally i would be able to get a bit more speed out of my legs.
ach... oh well.
