COMMENTS: a good hard hill workout of 20 hill loops (over and back with small run away from hill on either side). Started out run with Danny, Brian, Connor, and Jim, but just fell off after about 4 hills and spent the next couple of hills dyin back a little bit- it was still worth it to see if I could stay with them. Got passed by Bryan a few people until eventually I was running with Chris. ran pretty hard the rest of the time, then really pushed it on the last hill loop. chris' stomach wasn't feeling too good by that point, but i'd had my cramps earlier. the pace ended up being pretty good, even though i didn't exactly feel fantastic... a good hill workout for me, certainly.
