Notes

The beginning of this run was pretty awful-- stride felt stiff, ankles hurt, etc. But that's what I get for taking 8 days off... it's one thing when I'm really busy and have some worries about coming down with something, but that wasn't all of those 8 days. From now on, I've got to keep it going every day, even if it's just a 20 minute run to get it done.

Anyway, once I'd done a few miles I felt a bit more normal, although the day after my legs are pretty sore in places.
