Notes

Packed on an extra two pounds over the weekend and am thinking my power and speed is lacking due to needing a rest day but want to take advantage of good weather windows when they exist. Felt good for the first 3 miles and then I lose speed/energy and it comes and goes throughout. I really feel like it takes 10 or so miles to just get into a groove and get warmed up.
