Treadmill

Notes

Set the treadmill to variety to get in a hill work-out and knew I'd have to use a slower pace. Fastest pace was at 8:57 and slowest up steepest incline was 10:00. Was comfortable on the hills around 9:30 but that is slower than I'd like. Felt tired and like I didn't have the strength I wanted.

Finished with good ab work-out and arms.
