Watch reset my zones to be 145/162 and was beeping so much in the first mile while I built up my HR that I just decided to turn it off. Ended up having to refocus on my pace instead of relying on the watch which was kind of nice. Felt great the whole run. Didn't need to take the Gu and got down about 8 oz. of water. The Old County hills weren't bad; I practiced using arms as balance on the downhill instead of pumping them and expending energy. Both Jones Station hills were fine and Ternwing still hurt. Finished strong though. Also ran an extra .86 because I forgot which route I was doing. Really felt my best on this run as far as endurance which is funny considering my stuffed up nose. Not thrilled with time but can improve.
