Notes

Was determined to run for the full 45 minutes and am trying to build up pace. Did leg work the day before and did feel sore in my legs.

mile 1: 8:57 warm-up

mile 2: 8:30

mile 3: 8:00 1/4 mile, 8:57 1/4 mile, repeat for the mile

mile 4: 8:30

mile 5: 8:30 for 1/4 mile, 8:41, 1/4 mile, played with speed up and down never getting over 8:57 and then the last .15 increased one click for each .05 so that I finished at 7:00 pace for last .10

Felt like a great run and one that I needed but was not happy that my legs were so sore.

Finished with arms and abs.
