Did mile repeats, wasn't bad at all. I am still having to work harder than I used to to get the mileage but my body knows what it's supposed to do so I'm just going to keep pushing.

Did the mile cool down with first 1/4 mile at 8:27, 1/4 mile at 8:41, 1/4 mile at 8:49, 1/4 mile at 8:57, walked one last 1/4 mile to complete 6 miles.
Finished with core work and arms.
