Not sure how to enter intervals but did 3 sets of 3-minute 5K pace with 3-minute jog recovery. Pushing to 5K pace for 3 minutes was tough but at the end of the interval work-out I was not nearly as winded as I thought I'd be and clearly had some reserve left. Glad to have done it but need to practice intervals and speedwork.
