About me: I began running in 1977 in Jr. High School. Did the college running thing, and continued througout. I've logged over 70,000+ miles, and can still say my knees feel great! I coach a fantastic group of high school cross country runners which remind me of how great it is to still be a runner. |
Why do I run: I like how it makes me feel. I like being able to run fast, and move along the trail quickly. I love being able to enjoy the feeling of being fatigued from a good long run. |
Why I started running: I started running because it made me feel good doing something that others thought was hard, yet I could manage without a lot of difficulty. |
