Why do I run:
I run for many different reason but lately it has been to relieve stress. I have found that when I am not running on a regular basis, I am just not as happy as when I am. Hopefully the injury bug stays away from me so I don't have any more long breaks. |
Why I started running:
Running has been part of my life on and off for as long as i can remember. I have always enjoyed being active. |
