Tempo - 5.57 Miles: 1 Mile easy, 3.5 Miles Tempo, 1.07 Miles easy; I have corrected my tempo pace to be inline with what is recommended by the Mcmillan Running Calculator (6:43 to 7:00). I have been running my tempo runs too fast, at almost race pace based on my last race effort.
