Interval - 4 X 200m with 200m jog recoveries, 2 X 400m with 400m jog recoveries, 1 X 600m with 600m jog recovery, 2 X 400m with 400m jog recoveries, 4 X 200m with 200m jog recoveries
This was a good effort. It was definitely tough with not much room for any more diffculty. This is my 3 interval session of the season and the first that I have made it through successfully.
