Sore sore sore today after yesterday's run. I wanted to keep my muscles engaged today, even though I wanted to run this at 6.5 the whole time. I ticked it up to 7.0 mph by the .75 mark and started to back it back down to 6.7 and 6.5 at the 1.5 and 1.75 marks, respectively. Pleased with what is, in reality, an easy run... even though I'm still hurting.
