Notes

There was a girl running next to me and I wanted SO BADLY to see how fast she was going. I was keeping an eye on my form and making sure I was running properly. I also wanted to kick up the speed a few notches since I've been running rather slowly lately. My plan: be able to run 3 miles on an 8:30-8:45 pace regularly and reach 4 miles by mid-Sept. Then I have another month to add those additional 2 miles before the race.
