Notes
I added some faster .25 miles in the middle here, and stopped at the 2 mile mark for .1 before doing the last .15. Blech. I was just lazy-minded today and I let things like hair getting in my face and a torso cramp be excuses NOT to play like a champion. Kevin was a great motivator, even when I hit the "I can't!" stage. He did very well :)
I just want to add that I'm glad I'm going to 2 miles, at least, versus claiming to be totally out-of-shape and needing to stop earlier. At least I have that going for me.
