I did the warm up mile and then ventured out to try to catch Kev, who started the 2.7 loop at the same time I began my warm up mile. It warmed up quickly down here in Virginia. We froze our tushes off up in Boston the last 3 days, so I'm okay with a little sweaty weather. The problem with this run is that I didn't feel very rested. I looked down at my BPM and saw 171 during a stretch that should have been easy. I guess those 10.75 and 8.75 walking days didn't exactly count as rest...
