Notes
I accidentally grabbed my super retired pair of shoes for this run. I'm going to have to tie ribbons on this shoes so I never wear them again.
It felt pretty good, but I didn't want to hurt myself (these shoes could have 500 miles on them, I've had them for about five years), so I stopped at the 3 mile mark and ran over to the track (after evaluating myself) for the last mile.
Mile 1: 9:05
Mile 2: 8:56
Mile 3: 8:14
Mile 4: 8:14 (woot)
