Notes
Mostly the same course as the mountain bike (just a bit shorter). Still wet and muddy, still all climbing the first half.
Walked some of the hills for a few seconds to recover. right hammie cramped up right at the top (while jumping over a log). Had to stop totally. Couldn't even walk. Spent about a minute? stretching before I could finally start moving again. Once it loosened up, I ran the rest of the way down to the finish. Much slower than I had hoped.
