COMMENTS: Very painful experience. Hot, sunny and windy (head wind). Sun took alot out of me.
Maintained 7:30-7:40's until about mile 17, then hit Newton hills and strong headwind. Avg'd around 8:30 for the remaining miles.
No cramps, just sore quads. Downhills were killer on legs. Heartbreak hill was ok, no problems.
