Notes

1st run in 9 days. Took it easy, ran with group 2. Felt ok for the first few but left hip/ql started aching after about 4-5 repeats. Finally stopped after 8. Looking back, track was probably not a good idea. Too many left turns, stressing my left side more than a regular run would have. QL is very sore, major setback.
