COMMENTS: Well I didn't make my run on Sunday - legs were really sore from playing b-ball with Alex befor I took him home. Tonight was nice (weather) but my legs are still pretty tired. Shins are tight, but I came through with flying colors. Pretty soon I'll be doing this run again in sub 30. Its time for new shoes.
