COMMENTS: Another pretty good run - a little too fast but that's understandable with the big downhill to start. Also I ran through a 'walk' phase for about a min and a half.Legs are pretty tired and shins are sore - I've been increasing distance and pace in the same week, I didn't notice until I started looking at the graphs on the site. I'll turn it down a notch for the remainder of the week maybe even take a rest day tomorrow. 3/3 pace will continue through 3/7/08.
