It clears my head, it makes me set aside all of my petty anxieties, and its something I can do with my husband, who loves it. |
Why I started running:
To escape a family history of heart disease and diabetes. Right now, despite my weight, I am very healthy. I want to make all the necessary changes to shuffle the deck in my favor as much as possible. |
