Notes

Still doing the aerobic training from Maffetone. Good run. My hip flexors were tired by the end. My knees were intermittently feeling pain, depending on how I planted my feet. I noticed that as I leaned forward more, and focused more on picking up my feet, that my heart rate would rise. I did this at roughly a slow 150 cadence.
