I used the KT Tape for the first time tonight. I had a couple of twinges in my ankle, but adjusted my form for better leg pickup, and it seemed to go away. Things felt pretty good.

I am curious if maybe I have been pushing the 180+ cadence too much at lower speeds. I am starting to wonder if you should just fall into a more natural cadence/stride at slower speeds. I will have to look around a bit on some of the boards. I am thinking that you should just do what feels natural. Is it possible to have too short of a stride that would cause some of these issues?

Run at 6.0 MPH during the rest periods, and 8.6 MPH during the work periods. 5 sets plus warm-up and cool down.
