WDF Dry Run

Notes

Ran the WDF course again with just one FIT group C member. This was her first time running the course. We used intervals and she made it around the full course - her first time doing a 5K distance. I felt fine running it again although it was very difficult to run at such a slow pace. You definitely get used to your own pace.
