Good, hard (but not totally flat out) run. Ran pretty much by myself, despite the fact that Karl, Aubrey, Pierre, Darryl and Attie all running. Struggled a bit on the 11th, 12th and 13th kms, but finished feeling pretty good. Sprint finish with De Waal to get under 62min. Breakfast with Karl and Aubs afterwards.
