Laborious Labor Day Ten Miler Road Race. Appropriately named. HUGE Hill over a mile long at mile 8-9. I came in 3rd woman and 20th overall out of 84 runners. (technically first woman in my age group but the 2 women who beat me were in their 40's) Splits: Mile 1=7:51, Mile 2=7:24, Mile 3=8:08, Mile 4=7:39, Mile 5=7:58, Mile 6=8:03, Mile 7=8:16, Mile 8=8:58, Mile 9=9:35, Mile 10=7:55. Short course., Humid day. Keiron, Autumn, Chloe & Houdini drove the course and cheered for me at ever mile which helped tremendously to have their support especially on that terrible hill.
