6am outdoor track workout w/HRC. 3200 x 1600 x 800 x 800 (6400 meters of speed in total..almost 4 miles). 3200=13:46 (then 400 meters recovery) 1600=6:46 (then 400 meters recovery) 800 =3:14, (400 meters recovery) 800=3:18. ran to the track and back.
